- Lead end-to-end recruitment for media and agency roles across all levels and departments

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies

- Source and engage passive candidates through industry networks, platforms, and outreach initiatives

- Manage recruitment timelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

- Track and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and diversity hiring goals

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within media, advertising, or agency environments

- Proven success in hiring for creative, strategic, and client-facing roles

- Robust understanding of industry trends, talent markets, and competitive landscapes

- Proficiency with ATS systems, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously with precision and urgency
