- Oversee end-to-end production planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and deliverables

- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics

- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues proactively to stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows

- Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements5+ years managing end-to-end production and project execution

- Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field

- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus
