/n Aartaa Decor is a premium luxury lighting and home décor brand specializing in handcrafted chandeliers, designer lighting, sculptures, mirrors, and bespoke interior décor. We are building products that blend artistic craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital design and are looking for a highly creative designer to join our product development team.

/n Who We're Looking For

/n We're searching for a world-class 3D Product Designer who thinks like an artist, designs like an engineer, and understands how products are manufactured.

/n If you're passionate about sculpting beautiful forms, creating premium luxury products, and transforming concepts into production-ready designs, we'd love to meet you.

/n Your Responsibilities

/n /n Design original luxury chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps, sculptures, mirrors, and decorative products.
/n Create concept sketches and convert them into production-ready 3D models.
/n Develop highly detailed sculptural models using ZBrush.
/n Create accurate CAD models for manufacturing.
/n Produce photorealistic renders for catalogues, websites, and marketing campaigns.
/n Work closely with artisans and the production team to ensure manufacturability.
/n Prepare exploded assemblies, technical drawings, and fabrication details.
/n Research international luxury design trends and develop original design collections.

/n Optimize products for aesthetics, strength, cost, and production efficiency.

/n Preferred Experience

/n /n 3–8 years of experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Lighting Design, or Sculpture Design.




/n Experience designing luxury products is highly preferred.

/n Freshers with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional design talent are also encouraged to apply.
