Job Description Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager MHE Sales
/n Nature of Job: Permanent
/n Previous Work Experience: Minimum 8-9 years in MHE/Racking/Pallet industry in same territory.
/n Location: Bangalore / Kolkata / Chennai
/n Qualification: MBA / B.E. / Diploma / Any qualification
/n Reporting to: Vertical Head MHE

/n Key Function Knowledge/Deliverables: /n /n Frontline sales achieving 12-15Cr MH Equipment sales

/n Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and given sales territory.
/n Timely response to emails regarding products, orders, inquires, problems/complaints, technical questions and offer general information for end users.
/n As a front sales representative, you are a brand ambassador, and must be able to professionally represent the brand in all communications with customers.
/n Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, ensuring transparent communication on customer issues with team members and reporting on daily and weekly activities.
/n Solicit recent or additional products when appropriate and offer customers options available to meet their needs. Facilitate cross sales for high value low volume verticals.




/n Negotiation and finalization of order.

/n Management of order to Cash flow (for collected orders) as per agreed timelines.

/n /n Compensation: Commensurate with the experience and Skill set.
/n Key Skills:

/n /n Essential: /n /n /n Background in Selling of Material handling Equipment / Racking / Pallet for 5years or more.

/n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat in all written and verbal communications.
/n Work collaboratively with internal departments including production, sales, accounting, shipping, warehousing, and logistics.
/n To perform this job successfully, an individual requires a complete focus on customer service.

/n Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

/n Ability to multi task and perform duties in a fast-paced environment
/n Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
/n Ability to adapt to change and embrace new processes and technologies.
