- we re moving with purpose If you thrive in a high-energy high-impact environment you re in the right place As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and deepening customer relationships through remote channels You will guide customers on Upstox products resolve queries and drive engagement and conversions What You ll Own Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls emails and chat Understand customer needs and recommend the right investment Upstox products Drive conversions renewals and product adoption Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship quality Ensure compliance with regulatory and process guidelines Work closely with internal teams to provide customer insights and feedback Meet and exceed monthly targets related to sales activation and engagement Who You Are 3
