Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations.
- Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders.
- Track billing milestones and project costs.
- Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports.
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and audits.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer.
- Robust knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.
- Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel;
AutoCAD & ERP knowledgepreferred.
- Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage.
