Corporate Flyers Private Limited is a leading Corporate & MICE travel management company. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - MICE Sales to join our team.

Open Position:

Associate Director - MICE Sales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute MICE sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth

Secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings





Lead and mentor MICE sales team; collaborate with Operations and Events teams

Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows

Requirements:

Criteria Requirement-

Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing; Master's preferred

Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role

Skills-Robust negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.

Technical - CRM systems, MS Office proficiency.
