About the Role

As a Client Experience Consultant, you'll be the face of Chamee & Palak, helping clients discover the perfect outfit while delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. From consultations to final fittings, you'll ensure every client enjoys a memorable journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their occasion, preferences, and requirements.
- Manage in-store consultations, appointments, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and customization with the internal team.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Support store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the design team.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and customer experience.
- Solid attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury retail is preferred.
