POSITION SUMMARY:

Intern, Digital Transformation

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, build and deploy intelligent agents using LLMs, tool integration (e.g.: APIs, Databases) and orchestration frameworks.

2. Enable autonomous task planning, execution and decision making aligned with business goals

3. Build agents that interact with users, perform reasoning and manage long running processes.

4. Implement prompt engineering, memory, context management and feedback loops.

5. Test Strategy and Validation:

1. Develop comprehensive testing frameworks and validation protocols tailored for AI Agents

2. Define and implement unit, integration, regression and safety tests for agents across workflows

3. Design test scenarios to evaluate ethical guardrails, hallucination risks, and performance boundaries

4. Build simulation environments to stress-test autonomous behaviors and edge cases.

5. Collaborate with QA, risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure alignment with business, legal and user expectations

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

B. E / B.Tech / M.Tech from a premier institute
