About the job

Key responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Handle bank reconciliations and cash book management.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
Assist in payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Follow up on receivables and maintain payment records.
Maintain vendor and client account records.
Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors whenever required.

Skill(s) required

Accounting MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

Good numerical and analytical skills.





Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive communication and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
