About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Performance ad scriptwriting:
1. Write high-conversion video ad scripts
2. Demonstrate a strong command of hooks, retention, and pacing
3. Create platform-native scripts for Meta and Google formats

B. Ad copywriting:
1. Write sharp, clear, conversion-driven copy for social and search
2. Craft headlines, primary text, and CTAs that move key metrics

C. Trend & audience analysis:
1. Track platform trends, consumer behavior, and competitor creatives
2. Translate insights into higher-performing scripts

D. Performance optimization:
1. Read metrics (CTR, hold rate, CPA) and iterate quickly
2. Improve creatives based on data, not opinions

E. Creative collaboration:
1. Work closely with designers and video editors
2. Ensure scripts translate cleanly into final assets

F. Shoot involvement:
1. Attend shoots when required
2. Guide execution to protect creative intent and performance outcomes

G. Performance review:
1. Analyze campaign results
2. Continuously evolve creative strategy
