About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct English Speaking, Personality Development, and Basic Digital Skills sessions as per the curriculum.
2. Ensure high student attendance through regular follow-ups and counselling.
3. Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
4. Track students' learning progress and provide timely feedback.
5. Complete assessments, attendance, and other reports accurately and on time.
6. Support student mobilisation and admissions through community outreach and counselling.
7. Maintain discipline and encourage active participation in class.
8. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials before every session.
9. Conduct speaking activities, group discussions, role plays, and presentations to improve communication skills.
10. Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and workplace behaviour.
11. Coordinate with the Territory Manager and submit daily/weekly updates.
12. Ensure timely completion of the course and achievement of learning outcomes.

Build positive relationships with students and resolve their concerns professionally.
14. Follow organisational policies, code of conduct, and quality standards.
15. Continuously improve teaching methods by participating in training and implementing feedback.
