- Assist in the deployment monitoring and maintenance of applications on AWS.

- Support cloud infrastructure management using AWS services such as EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS and CloudWatch.

- Monitor system health performance and availability and escalate issues as required.

- Participate in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and application-related issues.

- Support backup recovery and disaster recovery activities.

- Assist in implementing security best practices and access management using IAM.

- Contribute to automation and scripting tasks using basic Python Shell scripting or AWS tools.

- Maintain technical documentation operational procedures and knowledge repositories.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and operational excellence.

- Stay updated with emerging AWS services and cloud technologies.

Requirements

Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services (EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS CloudWatch).





- Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals and networking concepts.

- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems.

- Basic understanding of scripting using Python Shell or PowerShell.

- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting concepts.

- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skill sets

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain certification.

- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git Jenkins Docker or Terraform is an advantage.

- Internship or academic project experience in cloud technologies is preferred.
