Program Manager JD RouteMobile is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager II specializing in Omnichannel solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple omnichannel communication projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish project plans, track progress, and drive resolution of issues to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project execution, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and facilitating communication and alignment across cross-functional teams. Resource Management: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities and timelines. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and metrics to monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. Risk Management: Identify project risks and dependencies, assess their potential impact on project delivery, and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks and ensure project success. Change Management:



Manage project scope changes effectively, evaluating their impact on project timelines and budgets, and obtaining necessary approvals before implementation. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices adoption, driving initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Implementation: Utilize principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) to facilitate large-scale project management, including organizing and leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs), conducting Program Increment (PI) planning, and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing omnichannel communication projects. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall. Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
