Enzenius Global provides student visa assistance, IELTS guidance, accommodation support, and comprehensive pre-departure services. The team is dedicated to making the process of studying abroad simple, transparent, and successful for every student, with a focus on ethical advice and personalized support.Role Description The Student Counselor will work in office in Kochi in a full-time capacity, supporting students through every stage of their study abroad journey. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, understanding students’ academic backgrounds and career goals, and recommending suitable countries, universities, and programs. The role involves guiding students through application and documentation processes, coordinating with partner institutions, and providing detailed information on admission requirements, scholarships, and timelines. The Student Counselor will also assist with visa preparation,



pre-departure briefings, and follow-up communication, while maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality customer service to students and families.Qualifications Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, with the ability to provide objective, goal-oriented guidance.Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and presentation abilities.Customer Service skills that support empathetic interaction, problem-solving, and a positive experience for students and families.Background or strong interest in the Education sector, especially international higher education and admission processes.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling applications and documentation.Proficiency in basic computer applications and online communication tools; familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
