Policy Karo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their vehicle insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance plans, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should have positive communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective and existing customers via phone.
- Explain motor insurance products and renewal benefits.




- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
