The Ground Training Instructor position is responsible for the effective and professional delivery of the ground training syllabi, at DGCA CPL /EASA ATPL, FAA -CPL & Aviation Degree programs involving flight crew syllabi.
Responsibilities.

- Subject delivery of CPL/ATPL Aerodynamics and Flight Planning.
- ✈
- Deliver a structured, versatile and a quality driven training program and conduct lessons in accordance with MH Cockpit ground training syllabi.
- ✈
- Ensure all training resources used are up to date and relevant.
- ✈
- Develop, implement, and maintain training plans to meet the individuals learning style and level of skills and knowledge.
- ✈
- Prepare, conduct, both training delivery and assessment procedures, ensuring they consist of a balance of theory, practical demonstrations and classroom exercises.
- ✈
- Complete and maintain all training records accurately,
document assessment results and submit to the Ground Training Manager upon assessment for input into student management system.
- ✈
- Ensure compliance with the RTO quality accreditation, legislative requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
- ✈
- Participate in reviews to continually improve the RTO quality system and ensures a consistent high quality of training services and information for students.
Job Requirments.
- ✈
- Has a minimum 3 years’ experience delivering aviation training.
- ✈
- Commercial Pilot License – Aeroplane desirable.
- ✈
- Extensive experience in aviation ground theory covering all theory courses.
- ✈
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory bodies.
- ✈
- Experience teaching theory to a wide range of ethnic, cultural students.
