Role Summary

The Maintenance Support Technician (MST) is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of all engineering services within the property. The role involves maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, civil, and mechanical systems while responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend and resolve breakdown maintenance efficiently.
- Inspect buildings, rooms, equipment, and utility systems regularly.
- Identify maintenance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Carry out minor electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Replace switches, sockets, MCBs, lights, fans, and other electrical accessories.
- Monitor electrical panels, DG sets, and utility systems.
- Repair water leakages, taps, flush tanks, pipelines,



and sanitary fittings.
- Maintain pumps, overhead tanks, and water distribution systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper drainage.
- Perform basic servicing and maintenance of split, cassette, and ductable AC units.
- Repair doors, locks, windows, furniture, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Support external vendors during servicing and repairs.
- Report material requirements and spare parts consumption.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, and Civil maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant trade.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotels, serviced apartments, hospitals, or facility management.

Pay: ₹10,159.16 - ₹30,615.55 per month
