Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to manage showroom sales operations and lead the sales team at an authorized Maruti Nexa dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom sales operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and sales follow-ups.
- Monitor leads and sales conversions.
- Explain vehicle features, finance options and offers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance and showroom teams.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills:

- Relevant automobile sales experience.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.




- Strong customer handling skills.
- Target achievement experience.
- Knowledge of showroom sales processes.
- Maruti/Nexa experience preferred.
- EV sales experience will be an advantage.
