Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and interact with patients in a polite and qualified manner.

* Understand patients’ dental concerns, requirements, and expectations.

* Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and general treatment-related information as provided by the dentist.

* Help patients understand the benefits and importance of recommended treatments.

* Discuss treatment costs, packages, payment options, and follow-up requirements as per clinic policy.

* Coordinate with dentists to ensure patients receive proper information regarding their treatment.

* Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments, appointments, and treatment plans.

* Maintain regular communication with patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.

* Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and escalate clinical questions to the dentist when required.





* Maintain accurate patient records and counselling details.

* Coordinate with the reception and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.

* Encourage patients to complete their recommended treatment plans without making misleading or false promises.

* Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.

* Support the clinic in improving patient satisfaction, treatment acceptance, and follow-up rates.
