Field Officer - Security & Facility management

Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Site Inspections & Operations: Conducting regular patrols and site visits to ensure security, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

· Personnel Management: Supervising in office security staff, handling manpower sourcing, and coordinating payroll/statutory compliance, according to.

· Incident Response: Responding to and documenting security incidents and emergencies, including evacuation and crisis management, says.

· Client Relations: Acting as the main contact between security management and clients, ensuring compliance with client requirements, say.

Background & Requirements
