Job Responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions accurately.
- Create accurate 3D models of sheet metal components.
- Prepare flat patterns and generate production-ready DXF files for CNC Fiber Laser Cutting.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and suitable for laser cutting, bending, and fabrication.
- Optimize designs to minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
- Need to measure the dimensions of product and make drawing accurately.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in creating 3D models, flat patterns, and DXF files.
- Knowledge of bend allowance, bend deduction, K-Factor,



and manufacturing tolerances.
- Understanding of laser cutting and fabrication processes.
- Should know how to use/handle , read measuring instrument
- Should know how to take dimensions of product .

Preferred Software

- Solid EDGE
- AutoCAD
- Other Sheet Metal CAD Software

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a Sheet Metal / Laser Cutting Manufacturing Industry.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, cooperating with team and meet production deadlines.

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
