- B.Com / M.Com

- 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Job description:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and finalization of accounts

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure accuracy of ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations

- Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory returns





- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

- Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

- Liaise with banks for loans, limits, and documentation

- Team & Stakeholder Coordination

- Lead and mentor junior accounts staff

- Coordinate with management, vendors, and clients on financial matters

- Support management with MIS and financial insights

- Process Improvement & Controls

- Implement financial controls and process improvements

- Ensure timely closure of books and audit readiness
