Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance nursing competencies.

- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Bachelor?s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced degree or certifications in nursing specialty areas is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and nursing software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
