WE ARE HIRING – Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy of books.

* Handle **monthly closing, Trial Balance, P&L; and MIS reporting.

* Manage bank, branch collection, vendor and inter-branch reconciliations.

* Monitor branch collections, payments, expenses and cash flow.

* Ensure timely **GST, TDS, PF, ESI and payroll compliance.

* Verify vendor payments, payroll and doctor payouts.

* Supervise the accounts team and strengthen financial controls.

* Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

* Identify discrepancies, errors and financial risks and report them to management.

Requirements





* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.

* 5+ years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and Indian taxation.

* Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

* Robust reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in a **multi-branch organisation** is preferred.

* CA Inter/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
