Position: BFSI Trainer
Organization: Bandhan Skills – Bandhan Konnagar
Location: Chandannagar,Hooghly

About Bandhan Skills: Bandhan Skills, the Skill Development Division of Bandhan Konnagar, is dedicated to empowering youth with industry-relevant skills and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through quality training and placement support.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver training in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to students.

· Conduct classroom sessions on banking operations, financial products, insurance, customer service, digital banking, and financial literacy.

· Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.

· Conduct practical sessions, mock interviews, and employability skill training.

· Monitor student attendance, learning outcomes, and overall performance.

· Maintain training records and submit reports as per organizational guidelines.

· Coordinate with the placement team to prepare candidates for interviews and employment opportunities.





· Ensure quality training delivery in line with industry and organizational standards.

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector and/or skill training.

· Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, insurance, and customer relationship management.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

· Experience in the Skill Development Sector will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: As per industry standards, based on qualifications and experience.
