Job Title: Telecaller (Eye Hospital)

Job Summary:

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, providing information about eye care services, and ensuring a smooth patient communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a qualified and courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Follow up with patients for consultations, surgeries, and feedback
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for appointment availability
- Ensure all missed calls are returned promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of eye care services (preferred)
- Ability to handle patients politely and patiently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Software)
- Multitasking and time management skills

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in telecalling, healthcare, or customer service preferred
