- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and guest service.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and purchasing.
- Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and outlet reports.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food-safety requirements.
- Conduct staff briefings and performance reviews.
- Manage vendor coordination and operational requirements.
- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe, qualified, and positive working environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
