Required experience: 3 to 4 Year

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert B2C sales opportunities through inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Conduct in-house sales activities, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and client engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.
- Travel across India for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional events as required.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, quotations,



and coordinate with internal teams for successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in IT products, consumer technology products, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India based on business requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling technology products or consumer-focused software solutions.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate product value to clients.
