About Us

Photochem Industries is an established manufacturer of aerosol paints, automotive care products, industrial coatings, and specialty maintenance chemicals. As we expand into direct-to-consumer sales, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to build and manage our online business across major marketplaces and our own website.

Role Overview

This is not a routine data entry role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our complete e-commerce operations—from product launch to customer delivery—and help grow our online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other online marketplaces.
- Manage Shopify or WordPress e-commerce website.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
- Coordinate inventory with production and dispatch teams.
- Ensure accurate stock availability across all online channels.
- Process daily orders and coordinate shipments.
- Handle returns, replacements, customer messages, and marketplace claims.
- Work with marketing to plan promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements.
- Track sales, inventory, profitability, and marketplace health metrics.
- Prepare weekly performance reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for new product launches.
- Continuously improve listing quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce websites.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience launching recent products on Amazon.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience with Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.
- Experience with ERP systems (Tally Prime experience is an advantage).

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

- ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Performance-based incentives after probation
