Job Description: As the Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of our AI and Advanced Tech initiatives, guiding a team of experts. Your primary focus will be on architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions, leveraging technologies such as React, JS, Python, SQL, and Agentic AI. You will play a crucial role in shaping our AI strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

- Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of AI and technology experts, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Architect and design AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Implement and integrate AI technologies, including React, JS, Python, and SQL, to create innovative products.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose strategic initiatives for the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their AI needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI systems, conducting regular reviews and optimizations.

- Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, and Langchain frameworks.
- Familiarity with Claude SDK or similar AI development platforms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A proactive and cutting-edge mindset, with a passion for staying updated with AI trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to project management.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
