Program Structure

Our internship program is designed to help passionate candidates build real industry skills before working on live projects.

Phase 1: Training Program

Duration: First 2 Months

As a candidate, you'll receive expert mentorship and personalized guidance throughout your learning journey, gain access to industry-focused modules inspired by ISB Hyderabad, and benefit from training aligned with Google, Microsoft, and AWS solutions to develop future-ready digital marketing and technology skills.

Phase 2: Paid Internship

Duration: 6 Months

After successfully completing the training program, selected candidates will move into a paid internship with a stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month, where they'll work on real projects, campaigns, and business challenges.

Phase 3: Pre Placement Offer (PPO)

Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance during the internship may receive a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) of up to ₹7 LPA, based on their skills, learning ability, ownership, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Social Media & Performance Marketing Strategist Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, research, and execute content strategies across different social media platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

- Build content strategies and monthly content calendars
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content
- Understand audience behavior and consumer psychology
- Generate creative ideas for Reels, Carousels, Shorts, and LinkedIn posts
- Write engaging hooks, captions, and content briefs
- Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform algorithms
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to execute content
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Identify emerging trends before they become mainstream
- Learn and experiment with AI tools for content creation

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is passionate about social media and digital marketing
- Understands that successful content is driven by psychology, storytelling, and strategy
- Loves analyzing why certain content goes viral
- Has good research and analytical skills
- Thinks creatively and enjoys generating fresh ideas
- Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn




- Has strong written communication skills
- Is familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Preferred Skills

- Basic experience managing a social media page or personal brand
- Understanding of content strategy and social media trends
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or other AI tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus
