Technical Manager – Electrical Insulator Manufacturing & Testing

Location: Beechwal Industrial Area, Bikaner

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage the manufacturing and testing of electrical insulators.

* Conduct and oversee electrical, mechanical and routine testing of different types of insulators.

* Ensure products meet required quality parameters and applicable IS/IEC standards.

* Handle testing equipment, maintain testing records and prepare technical reports.

* Identify manufacturing/testing issues and take corrective actions.

* Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.

* Ensure proper implementation of technical and testing procedures.





Candidate Requirements

* Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical insulators/electrical equipment manufacturing.

* Strong knowledge of electrical testing, testing equipment and manufacturing processes.

* Practical, shop-floor-oriented approach with positive troubleshooting skills.

Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in electrical insulator manufacturing and testing.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
