Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of GST, Tally, and MS Excel, along with a good understanding of day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger posting.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, workings, reconciliations, and returns.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST regulations and statutory requirements.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records, and GST returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, schedules, and financial statements.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST and GST compliance
- Excellent hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Positive understanding of accounts payable and receivable
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Candidates with strong practical experience in GST, Tally, and Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
