Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed catering revenue targets.
- Client Management: Actively prospect for recent business, build relationships with existing clients, and handle negotiations.
- Event Coordination: Plan menus, create detailed proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a customer-focused service culture.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track sales performance metrics,



and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in catering sales, banquet management, or a similar hospitality role.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in sales management software; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
