Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US Healthcare RCM Process Team as Process Associates. The candidate will be responsible for handling healthcare processes like Authorization and Eligibility Verification (EV/BV) while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Perform Eligibility Verification (EV/BV) to check patient insurance details and perks.
- Process and follow up on Authorization requests as per client requirements.
- Verify healthcare information accurately and update records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for process-related queries and updates.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while processing healthcare data.
- Follow company guidelines, process workflows,



and compliance standards.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of processed cases.

Requirements & Skills:

- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must have excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
- Must not be pursuing any ongoing studies.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new processes.
