Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy and technically responsible for driving digital and analytics-led manufacturing transformation for Natural Resources clients. The role will focus on process industries including Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Cement, Oil & Gas, and other capital-intensive sectors.

The incumbent will lead the full engagement lifecycle across business development, solution design, proposal development, and end-to-end delivery.

The candidate will work closely with CXO stakeholders, plant leadership, technology teams, data science teams, and cross-functional consulting teams to design and deliver high-impact transformation programs using AI / ML, Gen AI, digital twins, predictive models, dashboards, optimization algorithms, and cloud-based platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing transformation across Natural Resources clients.
- Drive growth opportunities with a focus on Digital, AI, Gen AI, analytics-led performance improvement, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, commercial structuring, and CXO-level client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships across Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Cement, and process industry clients.




- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics-driven consulting engagements in manufacturing transformation.
- Own engagement quality, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact across delivery programs.
- Translate complex manufacturing and operational problems into analytical frameworks, digital solutions, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with technology, data engineering, and data science teams to design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Advise clients on emerging technologies including IoT, AI / ML, Gen AI, Industry 4.0 architecture, cloud platforms, and advanced visualization tools.
- Architect integrated solutions combining consulting, operations expertise, data science, cloud platforms, and technology delivery capabilities.

Experience: 10-15 years of progressive functional and consulting experience.

Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Institute with an excellent academic background
