MyFandom is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, fundraising support, risk management, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
- Manage audits, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital management.
- Lead fundraising activities, investor reporting, financial due diligence, and strategic financial planning.
- Develop financial models for expansion, investments, and business initiatives.
- Monitor profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounts team.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements





- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, compliance, audit, and corporate finance.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling is highly preferred.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in startups, technology, entertainment, digital media, consumer businesses, or high-growth organizations.
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and business expansion.
