About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Creative Manager who can lead the creative vision for our social media content. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of viral content, storytelling, content strategy, and audience psychology. You will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging reels, planning shoots, leading the creative direction, and ensuring every piece of content is fresh, impactful, and aligned with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop unique, engaging, and high-performing content ideas for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
- Plan, conceptualize, and manage end-to-end content shoots.
- Create content strategies based on current trends, audience insights, and platform algorithms.
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Write creative concepts, shot breakdowns, and content briefs for the production team.
- Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and social media managers to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.




- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize creative strategies.
- Lead creative discussions and encourage out-of-the-box thinking within the team.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and visual planning skills.
- Ability to generate original, trend-driven, and engaging content ideas consistently.
- Experience managing content shoots and coordinating with creative teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for digital content, branding, and audience engagement.
