Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Education Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their learning needs, and help them choose the right stock market training programs. This is a sales-driven role that requires excellent communication, counseling, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Admissions

- Counsel prospective students about our stock market and trading courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course guidance.

Lead Management

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
- Ensure a smooth admission process and deliver an excellent counseling experience.

Customer Support





- Resolve student queries regarding courses, schedules, and enrollment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of Experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, or Sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
