The Trainee Associate will support client projects, perform operational and data-related tasks, and assist in process execution for US-based clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in the BPO and business process outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support core team members in handling US client processes
- Perform data entry, data analysis, and record management
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Assist in email communication and backend coordination
- Follow defined SOPs and process guidelines
- Ensure quality standards and timely task completion
- Collaborate with team members during night shift operations

Shift Timing : Night Shift (US Process)
Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Good written and verbal communication skills




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and disciplined
- Ability to work in night shift (US timing)

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Prior internship or experience in BPO / back-office operations
- Familiarity with CRM or data management tools
