We are looking for an AI Business Automation Analyst who can research businesses, understand how they operate, and identify opportunities to improve their workflows using AI and automation.

Responsibilities

- Research businesses, their services, operations, and workflows.
- Understand how different departments and processes work.
- Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming tasks.
- Find opportunities where AI or automation can save time, reduce costs, or improve efficiency.
- Research suitable AI tools, software, and automation solutions.
- Design proposed automation workflows at a basic/conceptual level.
- Prepare clear reports explaining:
- What the business currently does
- What can be automated
- How it can be automated
- Which tools could be used
- Expected benefits and impact
- Prioritize the best automation opportunities for the business.

Requirements





- Strong online research skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Interest in AI, automation, and new technologies.
- Valuable written communication and report-making skills.
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar businesses and industries.

Programming is not required, but knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, CRMs, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus.
