About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and client-focused Sales Assistant to join our wedding planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, making outbound and inbound calls, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to build trust and close sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.

● Understand clients’ wedding and event requirements in detail.

● Present the company’s services in a confident and engaging manner.

● Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.

● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and relationship building.

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

● Coordinate with the planning team to ensure a smooth client handover after booking.

● Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.





● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Exceptional convincing and negotiation abilities.

● Polite, patient, and empathetic while interacting with clients.

● Confident speaking over phone calls and handling client objections.

● Positive listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.

● Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

● Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or the wedding/events industry is an advantage, but enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
