Designation: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Ambattur, Arumbakkam, Bharani, Nandambakkam
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (Relevant experience as a Bodyshop Manager)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the bodyshop.
- Assign repair jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
- Supervise the team to ensure quality vehicle repairs.
- Ensure repairs are completed on time and as per company standards.
- Coordinate with customers, service advisors, and insurance companies.
- Monitor the team's productivity and workshop performance.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain repair records and workshop documents accurately.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Guide and support the team to improve their performance.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Bodyshop Manager.
- Strong knowledge of automobile body repair processes and workshop operations.
- Experience in handling insurance claim procedures and customer interactions.
- Positive leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet delivery timelines.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.
