- Visit companies, organizations, doctors, clinics, and referral centres to promote hospital services.
- Generate new patient leads through field visits and networking.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with doctors, companies, and local organizations.
- Promote hospital departments, treatments, health packages, and facilities.
- Identify potential referral sources and develop regular contacts.
- Follow up with referred patients and ensure proper coordination with the hospital.
- Collect feedback from patients, doctors, and referral sources during field visits.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Distribute hospital brochures, promotional materials, and service information.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead, referral, and patient conversion reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for patient enquiries and referrals.
- Coordinate with the hospital team to ensure smooth patient admission and follow-up.
