Job Description

We are hiring Assistant Customer Service Executives to support students and customers throughout the admission process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Guide students regarding courses and admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Update customer details in CRM and Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions team.
- Support daily customer service operations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam & English.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
