Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Ambikapur & Shahdol
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage customer service operations, coordinate service engineers, and maintain service records. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good computer knowledge, and relevant experience in service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate the deputation of service engineers to customer sites.
- Manage email communication with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain service records and MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requests.
- Coordinate with service, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely support.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.




- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role is mandatory.
- Experience in the Electrical, Transformer, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Equipment industry will be preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
