Roles and Responsibilities of a Shift Manager:
- Assign duties and delegate tasks to staff members efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions as needed.
- Handle staff attendance, breaks, and shift changes during the shift.
- Motivate employees and resolve minor disputes or issues on the spot.
- Assist in training new employees during the shift.
- Manage cash registers and oversee financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including sales numbers, incidents, and staff performance.
- Ensure proper handling of billing, invoices, and complimentary services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
