Chess Coach (Work From Home)

About the Role

Kingdom of Chess is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Chess Coaches who are passionate about teaching young learners. As an Online Chess Coach, you will conduct engaging live classes, help students improve their chess skills, and create a fun and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct live online chess classes for students of different age groups.
- Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, tactics, and advanced concepts according to the curriculum.
- Encourage students to think critically and develop problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism during every class.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams whenever required.

Requirements :

- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Strong understanding of chess fundamentals (competitive playing experience is an advantage).
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new teaching methods.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility :





- Chess playing experience with valuable tactical and strategic knowledge.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Compensation will be based on experience, performance, and class allocation.
