- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives such as Lead Generation, Website Sales, Traffic, and Brand Awareness.
- Research and define target audiences using demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API for accurate conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, placements, and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Identify recent growth opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Ensure advertising budgets are utilized efficiently while meeting campaign goals.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
